The sample is initial dissolved in an appropriate, non-hygroscopic solvent. A fall of the Option is deposited within the floor of a KBr or NaCl mobile. The solution is then evaporated to dryness and the film shaped within the cell is analysed straight. Care is essential making sure that the film is not way too thick if not mild cannot go through. T
